We enjoy food, service,ambiance,and everything of AV's..Owner Vartak kaka is personally taking care this the best part. Food is classic n they will serve always a hot food on ur request. One feedback if service is done proactive then it will be great however room service was always available.

I love this place. Location is prime and beautiful. Walkable 10-15min distance to Varsoli beach. I booked room on this cottage by friends reference. It was a very great experience. Rooms are neat and clean. Swimming pool is neat and clean. Night View of cottage and Swimming is the main attraction of this place. Food are also delicious. I tried Surmai Thali and Egg Curry. Also service provider are very kind people. Wish to visit again with family.

Nice property with cozy ,comfortable and clean rooms at very affordable prices. Food is extremely delicious especially fish is a must try. Most importantly the beach is just walking distance from this place. Services and the ambience is really nice. Nice garden and swimming pool. Definitely would love to visit again.
